Hi, guys! Seeing as 23 September 2018 isn't very far from now, the policies are among the most pressing matters that need to be tended to. Time created a solid set of policies for all members to follow, should this vote pass. Commenting your opinions are encouraged, regardless of whether or not you're in the team! Please bear in mind this will determine the kind of wiki we'll become, so use your voice and vote wisely.

Language[]
Because all users in the wiki must be over the age of 13 and/or 16 depending the country, cursing is allowed, granted it's not consistent and not very graphic. All users, however, are required to censor their curses if so a user wishes, or stop cursing altogether.
Godmodding[]
Godmodding is strictly not allowed unless you have express permission from the other user(s). Godmodding is when you take control of the other character during a roleplay. This is not allowed as only the user can roleplay their character, not anyone else. Examples include: ‘John sits next to Jane who smiled at him’. Godmodding will result in a warning. Repeated offenses will result in stricter punishments.
Metagaming[]
Metagaming is when a character knows everything about another character, the environment or a situation without a plausible reason. In simple terms, it’s transferring OOC knowledge and placing it into the IC world even though there is no reason for your character to know. It can often lead to your character being OP. Metagaming will result in a warning. Repeated offenses will result in stricter punishments.
Realism[]
Realism is making sure your character is not too unrealistic. For example, it is is a struggle to believe your fourteen year old fifth cohort demigod is more powerful than a god. On a less dramatic note, another example is saying your fourteen year old is more intelligent than anyone above twenty. On the wiki, we strive to make it as realistic as possible, which includes abilities.
Canon Death[]
Deaths that occurred in the Percy Jackson universe cannot be reversed. There is no possibility that Jason Grace could make a return, nor could Pan or other faded deities like Helios.
Marriage and Relationships[]
Marriage is allowed over the age of eighteen. However, we also keep it realistic and a fifteen year old student is not allowed to marry, or even have a sexual relationship with, a twenty five year old, as it is illegal. If you wish to take it further, please take it somewhere private. Likewise, mortals and gods do not marry, so please avoid from including such a detail in any histories or rps.
